Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

The follow process flow:

  1. The client will raise a ticket detailing their requirements.
  2. A SOW with commercial details will be shared with the client for approval
  3. Upon approval, the client will issue a PO to initiate the work.
  4. An engineer will be assigned to the task based on the BRD and the SOW.
  5. The task will be completed within the agreed-upon time frame.
